1. Subscription Plans
Restro IT offers tiered subscription plans. Current plans and their feature inclusions are listed at restroit.com/pricing. All plans include a 14-day free trial for new Subscribers (at our discretion).
2. Billing Cycles
- Monthly: Billed every 30 days from the activation date
- Annual: Billed once every 365 days; offered at a discounted rate vs. monthly
3. Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You will receive a renewal reminder email 7 days before your billing date. You can cancel auto-renewal from your account dashboard or by emailing support@restroit.com at least 3 days before the renewal date.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are accepted via:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Net banking
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM)
- Wallets (where supported by the active payment gateway)
Payments are processed by our Payment Gateway partners. We do not store card numbers or CVV codes.
5. GST Invoicing
- All subscription fees are subject to GST at applicable rates (currently 18% for software services)
- GST invoices are emailed to your registered email within 24 hours of payment
- If you have a valid GSTIN, enter it in your account settings to receive B2B invoices for input tax credit
- Invoices are issued in the name and address registered in your account
6. Failed Payments

| Day 30 | Account terminated; data scheduled for deletion |
7. Currency
All pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR). Currency conversion for international payment methods is handled by the respective payment gateway at their prevailing rates.
8. Plan Changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the billing period
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle; no refund for the current cycle

9. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active Subscribers. Existing Subscribers will be notified by email and can cancel before the new pricing takes effect on their account.
